This painting was created using 5 different underpinnings and goes through the journey of me finding freedom in the pain of letting go. The Phoenix is a bird that has to be destroyed in order to be reborn into something more beautiful than it was before. That is the way we should perceive struggles and setbacks as ways to help us grow, even when it’s hard.
